Shanti Limnell
I am the owner of Villa Westergård / Saraha Center where we live as a small tantric community and run a course center and small scale eco-guest house in southern Finland. My life approach is ecologic - spiritual both as a private person, therapist and group leader.
I am the mother of four wonderful children and have lived all my adult life in communities with people from different countries and cultures who's different life stories have taught me a lot. I consider my common travelers as mirrors and all kinds of relationships as the best of teachers.
The year 1998 I spent some time in India practicing meditation and Tantra. During the following years I practiced tantra mainly guided by my teacher Radha C. Luglio, who was initiated by Osho to start a tantra school. After an interview with a Finnish ladies magazine about how tantra had changed my life, I received many requests to start teaching, and so I did in 2003. I also put a lot of emphasis on bodywork and body awareness on the path to a holistic well being.
At the time being I lead tantric workshops with my partner. I also give private sessions in tantra, therapy in sexual and relationship matters as well as Family Constellations.

When Thomas Paine was asked about his origin and what he is believing in he answered short: My country is the world and my religion is to do good. I feel a bit the same being German by passport and maybe French by heart, Italian by stomach, Finnish by destiny.... My professional interest was in Journalism, I worked for a small radio station, a magazine, as a voice-over artist and in healthcare working with people in wheelchairs. I write, design, film and photograph, my poems in english were last year published by Dedalus Press in Dublin and my visual art was exhibited 7 times in Germany and Ireland. Last year I broke with my over-interest in the word and in mind concepts to become a body-worker. I encountered Tantra and found with it an overarching system of views and knowledge that seems to be able to integrate what I think to have found in truth through my personal life experience and philosophical investigation. I started to study and experience Tantra in Ireland and Spain. I studied tantric massage in Andalucia and assisted in Tantra workshops. My path led me now to Finland where I will start to work with Shanti in Tantra. Tantra is convincing to me because it works by sensations and creates experiences that are not transmitted by words but by movement, touch, sound, by breath, interaction...Tantra led me to the experience of acceptance, of myself and the world around me, because Tantra made me feel wonderful, ecstatic and blissful in many moments integrating my heart, my mind, my sexual energy, my genitals. Moments spent alone, moments spent together with others. I'm happy to do Tantra with you here in Finland and assist you in becoming more: you. Namaste, Raphael.
